What is adfly.ai?
adfly.ai is an AI-powered affiliate link tracking platform. You create short links (adfly.ai/go/your-slug) that redirect to your affiliate URLs. We capture every click with full geo, device, and referrer data, and our built-in AI analyst (powered by Claude) writes plain-English summaries of what your numbers actually mean.
How do I create my first tracking link?
Sign up for a free account, click "Create Link" in your dashboard, paste your affiliate URL, give it a memorable slug, and you're done. The full URL adfly.ai/go/your-slug is ready to share immediately.
Do I need to install anything?
No SDKs, no JavaScript snippets, no DNS changes. adfly.ai is a hosted service — you just paste your destination URL and share the short link.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 5 active links, 1,000 clicks per month, 7-day data retention, and 5 AI credits per month. No credit card required.
AI features
What can the AI actually do?
The AI writes performance summaries, predicts the best times to share each link, explains fraud and bot patterns in plain English, and generates full campaign reports. All powered by Anthropic's Claude.
What is an AI credit?
One credit equals one AI insight (a summary, prediction, or fraud analysis). Campaign reports cost 3 credits because they cover multiple links. Credits reset monthly.
How fast are AI responses?
Typically under 8 seconds for a performance summary. Campaign reports take 15-30 seconds since they aggregate multiple links.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
No. We use the standard Anthropic API which does not train on your data. Your click data stays yours.
Tracking & analytics
What data do you capture per click?
Timestamp, hashed IP (SHA-256), country and city (via GeoIP), referrer domain, full user-agent, parsed device type / browser / OS, uniqueness flag, and bot/fraud flags.
How does bot detection work?
Every click runs through a fast user-agent matcher and IP-based heuristics — datacenter IP detection, click flood detection, and impossible-geo checks. Confirmed bots get filtered from your stats but stored separately for AI fraud analysis.
Can I export my click data?
Yes — Pro and Agency plans include CSV export per link or per campaign.
Do you support A/B link testing?
Yes. Toggle A/B mode on any link, set your split percentage, paste a second destination, and we randomly route traffic between them while reporting unique-click performance per variant.
Privacy & security
Is adfly.ai GDPR compliant?
Yes. We hash all IPs with SHA-256 (so we never store raw addresses), honor cookie consent preferences, and only retain data per your plan's retention window.
Where is my data stored?
On secure servers in our managed VPS infrastructure. Daily encrypted backups. We never share your data with third parties beyond the Anthropic API for AI features.
How long is my click data kept?
Free: 7 days. Pro: 365 days. Agency: 365 days. After retention expires, raw clicks are deleted but your aggregated daily stats remain.
Billing
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from the billing page. No contracts. You keep access through your billing period.
