Quick Answer: By using adfly.ai you agree to use the service for legitimate marketing only — no malware, phishing, illegal content, or fraud. You own your account data; we provide the tracking infrastructure. Either party can end the relationship at any time.
1. Acceptable use
You agree not to use adfly.ai to redirect to malware, phishing, illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend any link or account violating this policy.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share accounts. Each plan defines a per-account seat limit.
3. Subscription and payment
Pro and Agency plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the billing period.
4. AI features
AI insights are generated with the Anthropic API. While we provide them in good faith, AI output is advisory and may contain errors. Always validate critical decisions with your own judgment.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes to the service
We may add, remove, or modify features. Material changes that affect your plan will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
8. Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
